Welcome to Routfy. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your organization to use Routfy. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Routfy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your organization's school transportation management purposes.
You may not use Routfy to: reverse engineer or copy the platform, upload malicious content, violate applicable laws, share access credentials with unauthorized parties, or use the service for purposes other than school transportation management.
All content, features, and functionality of Routfy — including software, design, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Routfy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of data you input into Routfy. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the services described herein.
Use of GPS tracking features requires your consent. You authorize Routfy to collect and process location data from drivers as necessary to operate route management features.
Routfy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Route and mapping data is provided for informational purposes and should be verified independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routfy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of Routfy after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Routfy at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
